Today, just 1 day after Phil let us know we are having an early spring, Wyoming is closed! No unnecessary travel in many parts of the state and most, if not all mountain passes are closed. Fortunately it is February, so even though we may be experiencing a touch of winter today, spring will be here before we know it. Thanks for keeping our hopes alive, Phil!
