Rachel is a great instructor both in her ability to connect with her students and her vast knowledge of the subject matter. She was able to make a 4 hour class feel like a 1 hour class and no one was ready to leave when it was over. This is difficult to accomplish in a room full of busy Real Estate agents! I feel like I walked away with a great base of knowledge but Rachel also left enough on that table that I was eager to continue learning about the topic on my own. Which is a win - win in my book.After taking her "True Colors - Understanding Yourself and Your Clients to Serve Them Better" class I immediately went home and made my entire family take the assessment. I loved that this class directly related to my business as well as my personal life.If you're ever able to take one of Rachels classes I urge you to do so, you will not be disappointed!Sincerely,A Green :)

Fantastic Instructor and Class! I would recommend Rachel and the class to anyone! Normally these classes can get kind of boring especially in the afternoon. I attended the class “True Colors, Keys To Personal Awareness And Success” that Rachel recently taught to myself and a group of other REALTORS®️. Rachel did a great job of teaching this class and kept it fun and engaging. The time went by quickly and I believe everyone in the class learned a lot about identifying traits of clients and colleagues and using that knowledge to have meaningful and productive relationships, not only with our working relationships but also using the tools she gave us to develop ways to understand ourselves and our families to deepen those relationships, as well. Great class, great teacher and I would definitely take this class again in the future!
